Mr. Wang has been involved in rubber additives industry for more than 30 years, including research, technological improvement, production and management of rubber additives. He has been committed to promoting the cleaner and green production of rubber additives process, upgrading the reformation of automatic transformation, in order to enhance the overall level of the rubber additives industry.

He has won 7 national and provincial scientific and technological progress awards. Authorized 6 invention patents and won the "Industry Development Contribution Award" of China Rubber Industry.
