Xunzhang Wang, male, was born in April, 1964, doctor of engineering and professorate senior engineer. Mr. Wang joined Jihua Research Institute in August, 1988, and has successively held the posts of vice-director of Jihua Research Institute, vice-director of Jihua Research and Trial Plant, vice-director of Development Department of Jihua Group Company, director of Technical Development Department of Jihua Group Company, and director of Science and Technology Department of Jilin Petrochemical Company. So far，Mr. Wang holds the post of the director of Research Institute of Jilin Petrochemical Company of PetroChina.

Mr. Wang has been engaging in scientific research management for long time, also he is committed to the scientific research and development of fine chemical engineering and polymer chemical engineering. Mr. Wang has successively been in charge of more than 50 scientific research projects at provincial and higher level, among which 18 research achievements were industrialized successfully and 11 achievements were awarded at provincial and higher level. 26 papers composed by him were published in Chinese and foreign journals，and 27 patents were applied. He has been honored many titles by the public. He was awarded the Outstanding National Chemical Scientific and Technical Worker title by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation in 2008 and 2013 separately, the Outstanding Organizer of Ideal and Dedication Competition by Jilin Province Government in 2002, the Advanced Science and Technology Worker title by CNPC in 2003, 2006 and 2013, and the model worker title by Jilin City Government in 2011. At the same time, Mr. Wang holds the posts of research supervisor of Chemical Engineering Postgraduates in Changchun University of Technology, the part-time professor of the Department of Chemical Engineering in Jilin University of Chemical Technology, the expert of Chemical Industry Leading Group of Jilin City, the advisory professor in Beijing University of Chemical Technology, the vice-director of the fifth Editorial Board of “Science & Technology in Chemical Industry”, the expert of the expert database in Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China, the member of Sub-committee of Chemistry College of the First Postgraduate Training and Guiding Committee in Jilin University, the vice-chairman of Rubber Committee in Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China, and the expert of patent work system in Jilin Province.
