Jiagui Wang was born in Fushun, Sichuan Province in July 1965. He is the Preisent, Sceretary of the Party Committee and Senior Engineer in Zhonghao Heiyuan Chemical Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd.(predecessor of China Carbon Black Institute.)He has acted as Sceretary of the Party Committee of Zhonghao Chenguang Research Institute of ChemChina and has been engaged in the research and production management of epoxy resin, fluororesin, fluororubber, organic fluorine materia, silicone material and carbon black material for a long time with fruitful achievements. Comprehensive Environmental Management with the Goal of Construction of Green Sci-Tech Chemical Enterprise led by him as been awared the Second Prize in 16th National Level Enterprise Management Modern Innovation Achievement.
