Jilou Ning, male, graduated in 1986 from industrial and civil architecture major of Institute of Baotou Iron and Steel (Inner Mongolia University of Science & Technology), got bachelors degree. Professor of engineering, national registration supervision engineer. Joined Beijing Research and Design Institute of Rubber Industry after college, engaged in design work in civil engineering department from August 1986 to December 1995, served as deputy general manager of engineering supervision company between December 1995 and September 2005, served as general manager of engineering supervision company from September 2005 to December 2009, served as director of engineering division and general manager of engineering supervision company between December 2009 and December 2012, and served as assistant president, director of engineering division and general manager of engineering supervision company since December 2012. Form 2016 til now served as chief commericial officer of Beijing Research and Design Institute of Rubber Industry, and adjunct director of information center and Rubber Institute of CIESC.
