Shen Gengliang started work at May, 1984. In 1986, worked at Tongxiang Rubber Products Factory and served as the factory director from 1989. After structured reform, Shen Gengliang shouldered chairman and general manager of Tongxiang Double Arrow Group from 1996. From 2001, Shen Gengliang served as the secretary of Party general branch, chairman and general manager of Zhejiang Double Arrow Rubber Co., Ltd., and since April 2012, served as the secretary of the Party Committee, chairman and general manager.
