Jinhua Qian graduated from East China University of Science and Technology in June 1988, majored in Chemical Process. She got a doctor's degree of Physical Chemistry from Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2005. Now she works at the Science and Technology Management Department 2nd project management office of CNPC as the deputy director.

She is engaged in petroleum chemical industry research and technology project management for a long time, familiar with the refinery and petrochemical plant, and has rich management experience. She has organized and finished research and development of the complete sets of technology and new product development of butyl benzene rubber, butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, isoprene rubber, rare earth butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, butadiene-isoprene rubber and liquid rubber. She also organized to carry out the pilot test and industrial test. She has 7 papers published in both Chinese and English, 5 patents, and participated in the writing of 3 works.
