Mr. Chang Min, born in August 1964, graduated from Shandong University, majoring in polymer materials, got a bachelor degree of science.

Mr. Chang, a senior engineer with the rank of professor, possesses a position of executive director and general manager of Shenyang Rubber Research and Design Institute Co. Ltd (SRI) and secretary of SRI committee of CPC.

In the rubber industry, he acts as the chairperson of National Technical Committee for Standardization on Rubber and Rubber Products (SAC/TC35), the chairperson of Standardization Committee of Chinese Society for Testing and Materials (CSTM)/Chemical Industry Field Committee/Rubber Technical Committee (CSTM/FC05/TC02). He also is the expert of Technical Committee ISO/TC45 Rubber and Rubber Products, Subcommittee SC1 Rubber and Plastics Hose and Hose Assemblies,
