Jirong Li, male, a member of the Communist Party of China, born in Guangdong province on November 1962, graduated from South China University of Technology in 1983 majoring in Rubber Products.

July 1983 to August 1988, he served as a technician in Guangzhou tire technology center.

September 1988 to July 1998, he worked as the director of technology and design department in South China Tire and Rubber Co., Ltd.

July 1998 to February 2011, he worked as the Vice General Manager in South China Tire and Rubber Co., Ltd.

March 2011 to June 2014, he worked as the General Manager in South China Tire and Rubber Co., Ltd.

July 2014 to January 2017, he worked as the Vice Chief Engineer in Guangzhou Vanlead group Co., Ltd.

January 2017 to Present , he worked as the director of the Vanlead group research Institute in Guangzhou Vanlead group Co., Ltd.

May 2017 to Present, he worked as the general manager assistant of Guangzhou Vanlead group Co., Ltd and chairman of Wanli tire Co., Ltd.

In 2006, he was awarded the honorary title of "excellent scientific and technological innovation leader" by China rubber industry association.
