Li Dexin, male, born in 1970, MBA, Senior engineer. Deputy Director of the Rubber Professional Technical Committee of China Chemical Industry Association, Director of R & D Center, General Manager of Hainan Advanced Natural Rubber Composites Engineering Research Center Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in the application and engineering management of rubber raw materials.

In the year of 2013, as a team member, participated in the construction project of natural rubber R&D project for aviation tires and Air Force Aviation Rubber Research and Production Center;

In the year of 2016, as the chief coordinator, be in charge of Hainan Major R & D program “Key R & D and demonstration of Natural Rubber in Hainan”;

since 2017, as the responsible person, be in charge of two major military projects.
