Mr. Qiuhai Nie was graduated from Qingdao Institute of Chemical Technology (now Qingdao University of Science and Technology) in 1985. After graduation, he worked in Beijing Tire Factory (later Beijing Shouchuang Tire Co., Ltd.) and served as the director of R&D institute, chief engineer and CTO.

He is responsible for the technical commissioning of the production line of radial tires and product acceptance; organizing the localization of tire manufacturing technologies imported for European partners and the R&D of products. Many products won the title of Beijing Excellent New Products and Top Ten Products; Personally, he has won the title of outstanding scientific and technological personnel in Beijing for several times and the Second prize for scientific and technological progress of Beijing. He has also participated in the compilation of the book "Automotive Tire Use and Case Analysis" published by China Business Press.

In 2010, he joined Shandong Linglong Tire Co., Ltd. and served as deputy director of R&D center and senior manager. Currently, he is the deputy general manager of the Shandong Sino Asia Tire Proving Ground and responsible for the construction of the proving ground.
