3. Cancellation Policy |

1) A processing fee of $50 (￥350) will be charged for cancellations received on or before 20 February 2019. 2) A punitive charge of 50% of your registration fee will be processed for cancellations received between 21 February 2019 to 15 March 2019. 3) No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 15 March 2019 and no-shows. 4) Any questions for cancellation, please contact rubber_ciesc@126.com。 |
