• Invented typhoon index insurance for rubber trees of Hainan State Farms Investment Holding Group Co Ltd.

• Built the financial sector of Hainan State Farms.

• Set up blueprint of natural rubber the overseas development of natural rubber.

• Led the civil-military coordination of nature rubber product.

• Dominated many important science and technology projects: MIIT’s project which aims to strengthen the industrial base such as “Eco-friendly and deproteinated CV natural rubber”; “Replacement of imported natural rubber with domestic natural rubber”, one of the first batch of projects of SATATIND’s(State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense)13th five-year plan; “Quality improvement of Hainan natural rubber, industrial upgrading, key technology’s research development and demonstration”, etc.

• published more than seven professional papers, such as : “the problems and countermeasures of China’s transitional transfer payments from the exchequer”; “Investigation report on China’s current grain problem” and so on;

• Co-author in the compilation of many works, for example: “China government budget”, “Current government budget hotspot issues”, and “China’s transitional fiscal transfer payments”;

• Translated monographs such as “Zero-Base Budgeting” and “Road Commercial Management”, etc.

• Led and organized the application for five patented technologies which covers industries and fields as the automation of rubber processing automation and the manufacturing of rubber tapping mechanism.
