Doctor Shuliang XU is the chief adviser of National Rubber and Tire Engineering Technology Research Center ,the executive vice-director of EVE Rubber Institute. He was the tire designer of American UNIROYAL Tire Company, tire mechanics counselor. He worked at Michelin North American R&D Center as senior tire designer, had designed nearly hundred size of tire for General, Chrysler, Ford, Honda and so on. He has many innovative inventions in the field of tire design theory and new design methods.

From 2000 to 2011 he worked as executive director of Michelin China Passenger Car and Light Truck and Bus Original Support Department, achieved from zero to all target market/original tire customer performance. he awarded the title of Taishan Scholars Overseas Specially-invited Expert of Shandong In 2017.
