Liangqing Ma

Liangqing Ma, Male, graduated from Qingdao Institute of Chemical Technology (Present name : Qingdao University of Science & Technology, QUST) and was awarded a bachelor's degree of Rubber Technology in 1988. He graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology and got a Master's degree of Mechanical Engineering in 2005. After graduating from QUST, he has been engaged in tyre testing, quality assurance etc. in the tyre laboratory of Beijing Research & Design Institute of Rubber Industry (BRDI) which was authorized as "China National Tyre Quality Supervision and Inspection Center" (CTQI) by the state government departments since 1987. He served as the deputy director of CTQI in 1994 and has been the director of CTQI since 1998. He has served as vice president of BRDI in March 2009 and was selected as the professor-level senior engineer in that year. He has served as the deputy leader and then the leader of technical experts of TC14 tyre product compulsory certification of Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China since 2004.

He was voted as "Advanced Individual of National Quality Supervision" by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ)in 2002. He was employed as an expert on investigation and identification of Automobile defect by Defective Product Administration Center of AQSIQ in 2005, and also was appointed as a committee member of automobile three guarantees professional technical commission by the center in 2013. In November 2003, he edited the book"Use of Automobile Tyres and Case Studies", which was widely used in the tyre industry, and revised in April 2008. He has explained controversial tyres incidents for many times in the CCTV-2, CCTV News, BTV-5 and other television channels. He wrote many articles on tyre accident analysis, tyre maintenance and other research directions which were published in journals, newspapers and other media. He was in charge of the"Key Technology Research for Automobile Tyre Safety Control and Accident Case Analysis"and obtained the Science Technology Progress Award of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation in 2013. "Study on test method for rolling resistance of truck and bus tire" obtained the second prize of China Chemical Science and Technology in 2014.He has gained subsidy rewarded by the state government.
